Who we are
Zakynthos Activities is a local travel agency based in Zakynthos (Zante), Greece. We arrange private boat trips, yacht days, vehicle rentals, restaurant reservations and transfers. For any privacy question, you can reach us on WhatsApp at +30 ··· ··· ····.
The short version
This website keeps things minimal. There are no user accounts, no signup forms and no payments taken on the site. Bookings happen in a conversation that you choose to start. We do not use tracking cookies unless you explicitly agree to them.
Cookies and similar technologies
Essential
We store a small entry in your browser that remembers the choice you make in our cookie banner, so we do not have to ask you on every visit. It contains no personal information and stays until you clear your browser data or reset it below.
Analytics, only with your consent
If you accept analytics, we enable a visitor statistics service (currently Google Analytics). It uses its own cookies to help us understand, in aggregate, which pages and services visitors find useful, so we can improve the site. IP addresses are anonymised where the service supports it. If you choose only essential cookies or decline, no analytics service is loaded and no data is sent to it.
We do not use advertising or social media tracking cookies.

Messaging and bookings
When you tap a WhatsApp button, the WhatsApp app or website opens with a prefilled message. Anything you then share with us, such as your name, dates or preferences, is used only to arrange your booking. Your conversation is handled by the messaging platform under its own privacy policy, and we do not copy it into any other system.
Third parties

- Everything else, including fonts and images, is served from our own website wherever possible, so browsing the site does not send requests to other companies.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Message us and we will sort it out quickly.

If we change how the site works, we will update this page and the date at the top.
